My Baking Projects

Delicious treats I've made!

Cookies

I have made madelines with my mom when I was younger. Though they weren't perfectly pretty, they were good.

Cakes

I had a personal FLG goal in 5th grade about baking, and I baked Cheesecake, a Chocolate Lava Cake, a Oreo Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and Mango Crépe Cakes. Also, for Mother's day this year, I baked my mom a custom cake to her design. It was a chocolate sponge cake with strawberries in the middle and on top, decorated with chocolate chips. For Father's day this year, I baked my dad a Matcha Swirl Cake, to his custom design.

Brownies & Desserts

So far, I've only made brownies at my school's cooking club in 6th grade, but I plan to make more desserts in the future!
